Born and raised in New Orleans, Wes Raymond has carved out a musical niche in the local music scene as both singer/songwriter as well as a recording artist with worldwide sales. His three previous self produced CD's, CAN U FEEL IT , Live At Tipitina's, and Live At Silky's , have collectively sold over 20,000 copies so far.
He has also appeared in several movies and commercials that have been filmed in the Cresent City. But music is and always has been his first love. In addition to fronting the Bucktown Allstars (www.bucktownallstars.com), he also fronts a Jazz/New Orleans' favorites, and cover band of his own called, "Wes Raymond & friends".
As lead singer/frontman for both the popular award-winning "Bucktown AllStars", and his own Wes Raymond & friends, he covers the gambit with a dynamic style and stage presence that defy categories or labels.
Wes is known throughout the city as an outstanding, respected entertainer, and a dedicated professional by his peers.
